PUSH's first challenge was to define Toca's target market and then update the website. A clean layout was developed using contemporary graphics and simple taglines to attract attention quickly. User friendly navigation was integrated along with featured quick links for returning clients. Research and development showed that incorporating a social media strategy would elevate site performance. Social Media is inexpensive, can be controlled by the client or managed by PUSH, and builds brand awareness. Integrating a Social Media Strategy allows Toca to reach existing clients with new products, get customer feedback, and instantly reach potential new clients for very little cost.
The final design concept incorporates the clients' requests, our design skills, and a marketing strategy that gets results. The delivered product is a streamlined, contemporary website that is interactive, beautifully exhibits Toca Alarms' products, and has room to grow.
Marketing your business should be an ongoing process. Toca in collaboration with PUSH plans to develop the online bill pay system for the website in the near future. An aggressive email marketing campaign is also being planned to launch the new design to customers and vendors.
